It's hardly theft. There isn't really a force strong enough to take TPAR from FA permanently, afaik. CA could do it if they dedicated a lot of manpower to it, but that's not even worth it to them.
But my point is that CA is making TPAR a war zone, not to liberate anybody, but just out of spite for FA, and it's really just causing a lot of undue trouble for miners.

Whatever. The misguided CA can do as they please.
CA obviously didn't understand the situation in PB before they came in - but it's just a game and it's going to stay that way.
